Frequently Asked Questions
Our main area of operation is Jelenia Góra and the surrounding region (up to approx. 70 km). We carry out projects in towns such as Karpacz,Cieplice, Łomnica, Szklarska Poręba, and Kowary. For larger projects, we are flexible and will consider more distant locations.
A cement screed is a traditional, universal solution with high strength, ideal for garages or utility rooms. An anhydrite screed is a modern, self-leveling screed that is best suited for underfloor heating due to its excellent thermal conductivity and perfectly smooth surface.
We strongly recommend anhydrite screed. Its liquid consistency perfectly envelops the heating pipes, eliminating air voids and ensuring maximum efficiency of the heating system. It heats up and radiates heat more effectively than a cement screed.
The drying time depends on the type of screed, its thickness, and the room conditions. Anhydrite screed is ready for covering much faster, often after just 2-3 weeks. A traditional cement screed generally needs more time, around 4-6 weeks. We always perform a moisture measurement before clearing the floor for further work.
