We are proud to present one of our most prestigious projects – the comprehensive renovation of the floors in the historic Łomnica Palace. Scope of Work
The project at Łomnica Palace was a thorough renovation that included several key stages. Each was carried out with the utmost care to meet the expectations of the historic preservation officer and to ensure durability worthy of such a unique place.
- Dismantling and disposal of old surfaces: The first step was the safe removal of the damaged, old flooring layers. We conducted this work with extreme caution to avoid damaging the historic structure of the building.
- Professional subfloor preparation: After removing the old materials, we proceeded to the crucial stage – preparing the subfloor. This included thorough cleaning, leveling, and applying modern insulation systems that protect against moisture and ensure the stability of the new floor.
- Installation of the new floor: On the carefully prepared subfloor, we installed a new, extremely durable, and aesthetic floor. We used the highest quality materials that perfectly complement the historic character of the Łomnica Palace interiors while guaranteeing resistance to intensive use.
- Impregnation and finishing: The final stage was to protect the new surface. We used specialized impregnating agents that not only enhanced its natural beauty but also created a protective barrier against dirt and mechanical damage.
